In 2019 Innovative Dairy Systems designed and supplied a 4.0 TPH CheddarMaster™ to Relco USA. The end client was Clover Dairy in South Africa. Along with the CheddarMaster™, Relco supplied 4 x Curd Vats and 3 x Blockformers for this project. Photo below of the 4.0 TPH just prior to shipping to South Africa.
